Sea Sepent Dancing! Well, you asked!

What’s the most fun way to exercise?

Laocoön (/leɪˈɒkoʊˌɒn, -kəˌwɒn/; Ancient Greek: Λαοκόων, romanized: Laokóōn, IPA: [laokóɔːn], gen.: Λαοκόοντος) is a figure in Greek and Roman mythology and the Epic Cycle.

For that perfect mix of fun and pain, without which latter there is no gain and no grace, spend time Dancing with Sea Serpents. Laocoön made it into a family affair and then got jealous because his boys got more into it than he.  But treat this exercise with caution. You never know, after all,  where those open-mouthed Serpents are heading for their next bite into your exquisite life.

Seriously speaking, I answer thus because I get tired of the propaganda, which equates ‘fun’ with the tedium of exercise.

So that is me exorcised, if not exercised, for the day.

With love
