The Midlands’ air is not so sweet, but here

And now, we King Richard the Third’s bones revere

Not that I knew that then, jest’s not pithy!

But neither’s Leicester University.

If teaching counts, the next step but not last

Was at Southlands College, changed now – so fast

Made one: the whole now newly clamped on

New University of Roehampton.

I studied at Durham twice – Tried at first

Saint Hild and Bede for teaching: it was cursed

And then for Social Work, a pronged jerk –

Durham Uni led to meaningful work.

Mental Health Social Work is kind of caught

Up with the University that fought

Against the others to win the first place

and money in’t, Northumbria’s ace.

Of that last I am not a fan. I then

In Primary Care Mental Health, was then

At Teesside University, enrolled.

Social Work Leader being the next fold.

Never forget Universities of Air

Sometimes called Open, but it isn’t quite there

Yet. Openness needs less of the status quo

More of love for learners like Jen and Joe.

Silliness really. And I know it’s weak

To keep blogging to JUST keep up your STREAK.
